She believes consultations are key. Tara possesses a genuine passion for people and consistently takes time to personally get to know her guests through their lifestyles, occupations, and personal hair preferences to find the needs of her guests and help transform their individual vision into reality. Building a relationship with them is essential and keeps her clients coming back.
As Senior Master stylist, she's amazing at everything and has a special talent for face-shape hair cutting. Specializing in cutting thick hair, curly hair, creating natural blonde looks, and is a genius colorist.
Tara's skill set with hair has grown in diversity and elegance over the last seventeen years in the industry. She has studied with world-renowned Redken cutting and color educators at the Redken Exchange in New York City and attended many advanced Redken classes in intimate settings in Louisville. She believes you can never have enough training and continues her education annually to stay on the cutting edge of the newest trends and techniques.
Tara is the grounding force at Wildflower, but what really defines her is the person she is. She is humble, charismatic, authentic, and secure with who she is. Tara makes her guests and staff feel comfortable, is approachable, and connects with each person.
Most importantly, she's wife to Derek, mom to Ethan & Atticus, friend to many, and an inspiration to the Wildflower Family.
Meet Quenna Hibbard!
Quenna is a natural-born hairstylist! She has always had a passion for the hair & beauty industry. Quenna’s attention to detail is exceptional, she prides herself on having the communication skills and styling talents to deliver what her clients want-to leave her chair feeling happy & inspired.
Because Quenna believes in continued education, she has attended Color & Design Mastery classes at the Redken Exchange in New York City, multiple times over the 11 years she has been a stylist. She uses that knowledge to perfect her clients desired look. Quenna values keeping up with trends & staying relevant. During her free time, she loves to travel, stays active outdoors with her husband and new baby girl Gianna, & enjoys trying Louisville’s new restaurants with loved ones and friends.

Meet Tyler Lawson!
Hair is Tyler’s true passion! Her artistic versatility ensures her strong passion shines through as her expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, curly hair, & updos helps her create unique styles for every guest.
Tyler’s studies at the Redken Exchange in New York City as well as with the world-renowned recognized stylist & product innovator, Philip Pelusi, have enhanced her education over her 14 years in the hair industry. Her talent has been featured on the Catwalk in New York’s Fashion Week, on the cover of Kentucky Bride Magazine, & in a “Derby Hair” feature in Today’s Woman.
Many years ago, Tyler was a high school art teacher. Her love for fluid & beautifully blended colors & her inner artist, consistently shine through in her work as a stylist. When she’s not helping people feel great about their hair, she enjoys spending time with her husband & their 2 kiddos, family, friends, boating, cooking & the outdoors.

Meet Sadie Allison!
Sadie is a customizing specialist!
She is always up for a challenge and loves experimenting with new and exciting trends & techniques. A good listener, she prides herself on her communication skills and takes time to get to know her guests personally, then creates a customized look, unique for each guest.
Sadie excelled in cosmetology school and has continued her training with owner, Tara Monyhan. She is certified in Keratin Bond and Tape-In Extensions & Keratin Smoothing treatments, but she also loves custom blondes & custom colors!
When she is not at the salon, or caring for her three-year-old son, Lachlan and daughter Isla, she enjoys reading, traveling and meeting new people. Wildflower is honored to have Master Stylist Sadie as part of our family!
Meet Yasmeen Imam!
Cutting hair is Yasmeen’s passion!
A perfectionist at her craft, Yasmeen is great at helping clients find their individuality through their hair. She takes her time during each consultation, is a great listener, and asks questions to get a deeper understanding of their needs. Her patience and kind demeanor will comfort the most nervous of guests.
From every day, easy to manage looks to contemporary styles; she takes great pride and pleasure in creating the absolute best possible looks for her guests.
During her seven years of experience in the industry, Yasmeen has completed multiple Redken cutting and coloring classes. Certified in Pureology products and styling, she is always available to answer any of your product questions. She is qualified to perform Keratin and Brazilian Blowout services and excels in the Balayage highlighting technique. Yasmeen stays on the cutting edge by seeking inspiration through online learning and social media.
When she is not at the salon, she is at home relaxing and giving all her attention to her sweet dog Archer.

Meet Jen Davis Childress!
Jen is a fine-hair wizard!
She has a rare talent for cutting fine hair, although she excels at enhancing any hair's natural beauty creating every look with the finesse and efficiency of a true master.
A life long Louisville resident, Jen first entered the industry over twenty years ago and has become one of the go-to stylists in the Louisville area. She has studied with world-renowned Redken cutting and color educators at the Redken Exchange in New York City and attended many advanced Aveda and Vidal Sassoon classes in exclusive settings in Louisville.
Jen never has a bad day. Along with her artistry, Jen's contagious smile, positive spirit, and outgoing personality leave her clients feeling beautiful inside and out.
When Jen is not working behind the chair, she is home with her husband Tom and children Brooke and Tyson or working out. An avid traveler, Jen enjoys skiing and horse racing.

Meet Hannah Snyder!
Hannah is a recent graduate of Paul Mitchell school and currently in our Associate Program. We are so excited to have her as part of our team! Hannah is especially interested in special event hair and styling and is excited to learn the ins and outs of blonding, coloring, and cutting! In her free time, you can find her hanging out with her family at the lake, and chilling with her cat Willow and her boyfriend Jake at home! We can't wait for you all to meet her and experience her passion and creative flair firsthand!
Meet Chloe Erwin!
Introducing Wildflower’s newest Salon Coordinator, Chloe! With years of experience in front desk management and administrative work, Chloe is excited to bring her expertise to the Wildflower team. She is passionate about ensuring that every client has a warm and welcoming experience at the salon. Chloe is looking forward to getting to know the clients and making sure their needs are met from the moment they walk in the door.
In her free time, Chloe enjoys indulging in creative activities like knitting and writing, and loves spending time with her boyfriend and two cats! With her friendly demeanor and passion for customer service, Chloe is an excellent addition to the Wildflower Salon team!
